Visit this page each week for a new activity, game, or challenge for your troop to enjoy. This week's
feature:
Secret Messages Write with white. A white crayon or candle
can be a crafty tool for writing secret notes. You can’t see the message until you paint over it with watercolors or
color over it with a highlighter. Here’s another “juicy” secret. You can write with fresh or bottled lemon juice. It’s nearly
invisible until you heat it. To write a lemon letter, all you need is lemon juice, a small paintbrush, and white paper.
Dip the brush in the juice, paint your message, and let it dry before you send it. To read a lemon letter, all you need is
a lightbulb that’s turned on. Hold the paper next to the bulb until letters appear. Slowly, move the paper until you
are able to see the whole message.
